LMG5126 (boost) supports 2.5MHz switching , four‑phase parallel scaling, and dynamic voltage scaling, suited for automotive and high‑end audio applications. LMG708B0 (buck) delivers up to 20A with 97% peak efficiency , supports 2.64MHz switching, and offers multi‑phase stack for higher current – ideal for servers and industrial loads.

Compared to discrete MOSFET designs, TI’s integrated GaN solution cuts PCB area by ~50% while achieving >97% efficiency. The new platform turns GaN from a high‑end discrete option into a scalable, standard integrated solution.

ICgoodFind: TI’s integrated GaN converters simplify high‑power design, bringing compact, high‑efficiency GaN to automotive, server, and industrial power rails.
